Partner agency
Journeys are contracted and operated by our partner, a licensed Moroccan travel agency. Its full details are shared with you in every proposal. Akilam designs itineraries and provides concierge assistance.
Our role
Akilam designs itineraries and provides concierge assistance before and during your journey. We do not sell travel packages in our own name.
Bookings, payments and cancellations
Your contract, invoice and payment are issued by our partner agency, a licensed Moroccan travel agency. Its booking conditions, including deposit, balance dates and cancellation terms, are sent with every proposal and apply to your journey.
Your information
We use the details you share only to prepare and look after your journey. We share them with our partner agency and with the hotels, guides and drivers involved, and never sell them. To see or delete the information we hold about you, write to us.
